They remembered my name and were always ready to assist with any queries or recommendations. Secondly, the rooms were absolutely wonderful, with all the basic amenities and even a microwave and fridge. And the views from my room were simply breathtaking. Lastly, the hotel's location is perfect, not in an extremely high traffic area, but close enough to the attractions of Pigeon Forge. a great value for money experience!
