the courtyards staff were super friendly and accommodating, even lending me a wine opener! the location was ideal, just a hop away from the convention center. the pool area was great for family fun. i appreciated the nice recreational amenities like the spa tub, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

Staff was friendly and the breakfast was really good, baked eggs and sandwiches saved my morning,, after a long night. The room was clean with a comfortable king bed, but the best part was the hot shower,, it helped me wash away the stress.

It definitely wasn't budget-friendly,, but it was still decent for what I got.

stayed here recently and absolutely could not believe the bathroom was a sauna with no vents, how very uncivilized! the indoor pool was nice, too bad no one bothered to check on me while I was enjoying it—so5 dissapointed! masterful service would’ve been a complimentary room upgrade, but I guess that’s too much to ask for, huh?

close to riverwalk and numerous dining options for exploring

I had a fantastic experience staying here, especially being minutes from the riverwalk and surrounded by a variety of restaurants, making my city explorations easy and delicious. the common area downstairs was also a lovely spot to relax and unwind while enjoying a coffee after a long day of sightseeing.

Location was tops! Staff were friendly, and had a solid brekkie at the bistro. The air con worked a charm, and luckily, we had a standing fan to help out in the room. Found a gem of a taco shop nearby for a quick meal.

The elevators felt a bit ancient, though. Needs a bit of a fix-up, ja.

The hotel's proximity to downtown attractions and the Riverwalk made it a great base for exploring Pueblo.

There was a consistent issue with traffic noise from the street that persisted until late at night, affecting sleep quality.

the fitness center is better than most hotels. fridge and microwave in room are helpful. the hot water fluctuates between freezing and scalding. parking arrangements were confusing upon check-in.

The location near the Riverwalk was excellent, with easy access to attractions and helpful staff who arranged taxis when needed. Enjoying afternoon tea was a nice touch, adding a unique experience to my stay. However, parking was a hassle. the lot felt unsecured and limited on space, which was frustrating. Additionally, there was confusion during checkout regarding cash deposits that left me feeling stressed about reimbursement, overshadowing an otherwise pleasant visit.

While the location near the Riverwalk is fantastic, and the staff is friendly and helpful, there were a few hiccups. The cleanliness could use some attention, and I noticed some mechanical issues in the room that interrupted my comfort. Nonetheless, the atmosphere was inviting and the amenities decent.

I stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The room was awesome with a coffee machine, private bathroom, and a TV. Air conditioning kept it comfy. The indoor pool and fitness center were nice perks. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Definitely a good spot for families.
