During our recent stay at Courtyard in Richmond, we had the pleasure of experiencing their friendly and helpful staff. We were particularly impressed with the service at the bistro, where we enjoyed a delicious chicken pot pie prepared by Chef Dee. It was the perfect comfort food after a long day of travel. The hotel is also conveniently located in a beautiful and historic area, with cobblestone streets adding to its charm. We were able to explore nearby attractions such as the Valentine First Freedom Museum and the Tredegar Iron Works with ease. The guest rooms were modern and clean, with spacious bathrooms and thoughtful amenities like pump bottles instead of single-use toiletries. The windows had both sheer and light-blocking curtains, allowing us to create the perfect ambiance for a good night's sleep. The hotel even has an exercise room for those who want to stay active during their stay. Although we didn't use the parking facilities ourselves, the option of valet parking is available. we had a great stay at Courtyard and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Richmond.

Gary, the bartender, made the bar welcoming with great craft cocktails. We got a great night's sleep in our quiet room. The staff, especially Lars the manager and Aaron the valet, provided exceptional service and compassion. They were all angels during a difficult time for us. We can't say enough good things about this hotel and its wonderful staff.
