The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of the city. It was also nice that they offered a hot breakfast and happy hour with complimentary drinks and food. the room itself was comfortable and clean.

The check-in process was a bit rough. the staff member at the front desk seemed annoyed when we requested a different room and didn't handle the situation professionally.

We felt comfortable and welcomed, practical fee for dogs, great view from the suite balcony, convenient location with easy freeway access, enjoyable evening dinner and drinks.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the rooms were fantastic. They were spacious with high ceilings, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I loved that our room even had a balcony, which added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Secondly, the hotel staff were amazing. They were welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Finally, the breakfast included with our stay was outstanding. There were so many options to choose from, both hot and cold, and the drinks selection was impressive. this hotel provided great value for money with its attention to detail, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast.

Spacious and comfortable rooms with great beds! the location was conveniently close to the freeway and easy to find. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the complimentary drinks and food offered during the Kickback time, which saved us the hassle of finding dinner elsewhere.

The cleanliness of the room was disappointing considering the high price we paid. the toilet had urine stains around the lid, and we found a used washcloth hanging over the shower rod.

Another advantage we enjoyed was the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff went above and beyond to assist us during a family emergency, even providing a handicap equipped room for my elderly relatives. The breakfast options were great and the General Manager was very accommodating with our takeout request. The bed was comfy, but ask for a room away from the highway noise. I recommend this hotel.
