Felt very cared for, nothing was too much trouble.

We enjoyed our stay in a comfortable room with a great king size bed and a tucked away fridge for our water bottles. The location was also great as it was in a good area about 15 minutes from everything. We loved eating breakfast in the lobby at the Bistro, and the waitress provided excellent customer service by bringing back our camera we left behind.

The pull-out bed was quite hard for our two teenage boys to sleep on, but overall it was a minor inconvenience.

My enjoyment was diminished by the lack of working amenities. the ice machine on my floor was broken, and no signs were posted to let me know.

Front desk offered a lunch recommendation. Lobby had a nice bar and fire pit. King suite had separated living and bedrooms, with two TVs and separate air conditioning controls. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Location near the hospital felt secure.

The concrete floors made my stay at the Courtyard so much quieter than other hotels. The modern decor was a nice touch. The location was perfect for my stay in San Antonio. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
