The plugs near the bed didn’t work!!! Having to charge devices in the TV rack is ridiculous!!! The checkout process was confusing and my key didn’t work when I returned!!! I woke up with a sore throat because of the thermostat settings!!! They really need to double-check room reservations and key activations!!!

We enjoyed our little balcony overlooking the river, sipping drinks and just soaking in the atmosphere. The room was spacious, super clean and even had a big bathroom, which was great after a long day walking around.

It wasn’t cheap but the location makes it worth it.

the noise in my room was absolutely unbearable, with humming vents ruining any chance of peace. and I was shocked that I received no complimentary coffee after paying a fortune for a mediocre room. after my exhausting trip, I expected at least a room upgrade, but clearly, special treatment is for others, not me. almost gave 4 stars, but just couldn’t.

The location was fantastic—just steps from the Riverwalk! I loved the little balcony perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome.

Though the stay was pleasant, be prepared for high prices, especially for snacks and drinks at the hotel. Also, my room had some noise issues due to thin walls.

The location was fantastic for our family visit, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like The Alamo and the River Walk. We loved the room's spaciousness, particularly the two queen beds which were cozy for our kids. The valet service was convenient, and we felt safe with the requirement to use room keys for elevator access. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I'd consider returning if we visit San Antonio again.

my recent stay in san antonio was a fantastic staycation, especially at courtyard. the room was clean and comfortable with a nice view, which exceeded my expectations from my previous visit. the fast elevators made everything feel convenient and enjoyable.

the alarm clock was confusing and went off unexpectedly.

The location is prime with easy access to the Riverwalk. The shower had good water pressure, but it was an older model. Enjoyed the bike tours nearby as well. Disappointed there were no USB ports in the room.

The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a nice desk area for working while my partner was at their conference. The location's unbeatable too, just a short walk to the Riverwalk and the Alamo.
