The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The location was amazing, right on the river walk. We loved the balcony in our room, which had a beautiful view of the river walk lights. The food at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced. The valet service was helpful, and we were able to use any type of payment when checking in. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.

Our room comfortably fit four adults and had a great balcony view, giving us a glimpse of activities like horse-drawn carriage rides and the Go Rio boat tours loading area. The hotel's proximity to the Riverwalk made it convenient for us to explore, with options of using an elevator or stairs. We were pleasantly surprised to be offered a room with a better view that was also handicap accessible, demonstrating the thoughtful service we experienced throughout our stay. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the mini fridge and microwave were convenient. We were impressed with the quick response and delivery of extra towels upon request. the Courtyard provided excellent customer service and made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

The hotel could improve on a few areas. The rooms were on the smaller side, which might feel cramped for some guests. Navigating the area can be a bit challenging due to the one-way streets, especially without a navigation system.

During my stay, I was fortunate enough to be situated right by the Riverwalk, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby landmarks.
