The staff was extremely friendly, always upbeat and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable for the four of us. The balcony offered a great view of the Riverwalk, and we were pleasantly surprised to discover activities like horse-drawn carriage rides and Go Rio boat tours right around the corner. It was convenient to access the Riverwalk either through the elevator or the stairs, which was especially important for us as senior citizens.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The location was amazing, right on the river walk. We loved the balcony in our room, which had a beautiful view of the river walk lights. The food at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced. The valet service was helpful, and we were able to use any type of payment when checking in. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.

Location on the Riverwalk was fantastic, providing easy access to Alamo Plaza and other attractions. The view from the room was also great, with a scenic overlook of the river. The front reception staff were friendly and accommodating, offering assistance with luggage storage and providing helpful recommendations for late-night food delivery.

One of the front staff members was not as welcoming or attentive as the others, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, there were some issues with the taxi service, with a long wait time on one occasion and no-shows.

Great River Walk location! We accessed the River Walk from the hotel and walked to downtown shops and restaurants in no time. The room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the river. Good WiFi and helpful staff. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - right on the riverwalk, but still just a short walk to all the action. It was great being able to easily access all the downtown attractions. Secondly, the staff were really friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Thirdly, the rooms were clean, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. I had a great night's sleep during my time there.

The hotel could improve on a few areas. The rooms were on the smaller side, which might feel cramped for some guests.

The complementary breakfast and happy hour drinks were a nice touch. the hotel was located in a central area with easy access to restaurants and shopping. the room had a great view of the city skyline.

The valet service was a complete disaster. They lost our car twice and had us waiting for over an hour each time.
