We loved the proximity to Old Town and the main strip of restaurant row. The hotel staff was exceptional, making our stay enjoyable. The grounds were beautiful, with great views and trees. The size and layout of the room were impressive, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make up for a reservation mix-up by offering discounts and free breakfast tickets. The location in Old Town was convenient and we made sure to choose a room away from the freeway to avoid noise. we had a great experience.

We had to book this last minute as our original hotel was renovating, but the staff here were so helpful and accommodating. We were able to get an early check-in, which really saved us time. The hotel is in a great location, just a short drive or walk to all the shops and restaurants in Old Town. We loved the underground parking and the convenience of having a balcony/patio in our room. The pool was clean and kid-friendly, with lots of fun pool toys provided. The staff were also really friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from all the great restaurants in Old Town. We also found the room to be spacious and relatively clean. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the bed was comfortable.

For the price we paid, we were pleasantly surprised by the value and quality of our room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, even better than our Tempur pedic at home!
