i really enjoyed my stay at howard johnson. the room was spacious and felt just like a real bedroom. the hotel staff were super helpful, giving us great directions for the subway. breakfast had a fresh selection that was well attended.

the bathroom fixtures could use a bit of maintenance.

The walls are disturbingly thin—didn't appreciate hearing my neighbors!!! The metro line being down was a huge inconvenience, too!!! Also, what’s with the less than elegant view? A car wash isn’t exactly scenic!!!

My stay at Howard Johnson was made unforgettable by the freshly brewed coffee and a breakfast that had more to offer than just the usual fare. The hot breakfast options were a delightful surprise! Additionally, I appreciated the clean and cozy room—perfect for a restful night.

On the flip side, I found the handicap accessible shower situation a bit tricky. the open stall turned into a mini pool after my first shower. I managed with extra towels, but some instructions would have been handy to keep the water contained!

Had a king room with all the essentials – air conditioning, flat-screen TV, fridge, and a nice private bathroom. Breakfast offered eggs, sausage, and pastries. The staff were quick to bring extra coffee when we needed it. Really enjoyed the big orange chair in front for pics. Overall, very clean and cozy!

However, I encountered a few issues during my stay. The bathroom had low shower pressure that made for a less-than-refreshing experience. There were stains on the hallway rugs that could clearly use some attention, and the thin walls made for an awkward night when I could hear neighbors snoring. I also noticed that housekeeping missed cleaning my room entirely, which was odd since we didn't indicate we wanted privacy.
