we came expecting luxury but ended up with barely warm showers and a broken mattress. The $15 parking fee was a surprise. I thought such a 'high-end' place would woudl ve been upfront about that! Just maybe a small upgrade woudl have made this average experience feel special. Almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

Guests likely expect clearer communication regarding unexpected parking fees!!! A more thoughtful room layout would enhance usability and comfort!!! Fixing maintenance concerns and investing in better mattresses would go a long way!!!

I had a wonderful stay with impeccably clean rooms and a lovely courtyard dining experience. The only downside was the limited breakfast selection, but I'd definitely return!

The staff was friendly and the hotel has a nice outdoor area with a gas firepit. Check-in was chaotic, and our room was not ready until two hours later than promised. Amenities were decent, but I found hairs in the bathroom, which was disappointing.

I enjoyed the spaciousness of my queen room, perfect for relaxing after a long drive. The night staff greeted us warmly, enhancing our stay. My tip is to check for breakfast prior, as options were limited. Parking fee was unexpected, so budget for that.

disappointingly, I wasn’t given the room type I booked, which felt utterly inadequate. the $15 parking fee was a surprise, perhaps it's in very tiny print. also, I almost left a good review, but the lack of a second towel bar for hand towels made things even more inconvenient than they needed to be.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We played mini golf and enjoyed relaxing around the fire pits. Loved that it’s near Glen Annie Golf Club. The staff was warm and helpful, and there are some good restaurants close by. Just a heads up, the breakfast options might seem a bit limited, so grab a bite elsewhere if you want more variety.

the courtyard has a great location near a soccer field, making it fun to relax. the room was really comfortable, and the pool area was fantastic for a refreshing swim. i loved the outdoor seating too!

The kids loved the mini golf and we enjoyed hanging out by the fire pits. The location is great for a fun family day at the nearby Sandpiper Golf Club. The staff was very accommodating during our stay.
