When I returned five hours later, the hairs were still there. It was quite frustrating.

As adults and children, we loved the clean and nice hotel with basic room amenities. The breakfast was nice and the pool and hot tub were clean. The location was great, not too far from the beach and close to a nice park and grocery store.

Felt cared for, no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel is conveniently located in a "dense" downtown area with limited parking, but don't worry, the mall down the street has a ton of parking lot space. The rooms are newly renovated with high ceilings, giving them a spacious feel. The bathrooms are clean, although there have been a few isolated incidents of hairs being found. The staff is friendly and prompt, providing excellent customer service. While there is no included breakfast, there are many nearby major stores and restaurants to choose from. The hotel also offers free internet and coffee for Platinum members.

The walls in the rooms are quite thin, and conversations from neighboring rooms can be easily heard.

The location is also convenient, being close to a grocery store and good restaurants. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms, including the king size bed and the patio, are just what you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offers a breakfast with healthy options included, which is a nice touch.

No improvements needed, everything was fine.

This hotel is newly renovated, which was a great bonus. the rooms were clean and well-maintained. the location was perfect for our romantic escape, being close to UCSB and offering easy access to the surrounding area. We also appreciated the high ceilings in the rooms, which added a nice touch to the atmosphere.

There were a few downsides to our stay. there was a lack of customer service when we arrived.

Convenient location near beach, shops and freeway. Clean modern rooms, friendly and professional staff, great service at Bistro. Smooth check-in process, spacious room with a nice bathroom. Grounds well-maintained with an inviting pool area.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and perfect for those wanting to be close to the beach. The location was great, with easy access to Santa Barbara and UCSB. The hotel had a nice Spanish mission style lobby and a lovely courtyard with a fire pit, perfect for enjoying the evening. The breakfast was nice, and there were plenty of other eating places nearby, including Jeanine's.

We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were a great way to relax. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Lovely meeting room, great staff. Suite with handicap bathroom had drainage issue causing flooding. well thought out with good food and nice outdoor area, within walking distance to everything.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were just what I needed. Plus, the location was perfect. It was close to a nice park and in a "dense" downtown area, but there was plenty of parking available at the nearby mall. Additionally, being near a grocery store was super convenient. The staff were amazing, especially the front desk staff and the ladies at the breakfast counter. They were friendly, efficient, and made me feel welcome. The chef, Lillian, deserves a special shout-out for her excellent cooking skills. The pool was also orderly and clean, which made for a refreshing and relaxing experience.

Free cookies and hot cocoa were the only decent aspect of our Christmas stay. the location was pretty convenient – close to some stores and restaurants that were open on Christmas Day.

The room was outdated and had a weird smell. the blankets were scratchy and there were stains on the carpet.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short trip and I loved it! the location was great, close to major stores & restaurants and reasonably close to the airport on the California coast. Secondly, the staff was always friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. I was impressed by the basic amenities provided in the room including the king size bed, the handicap bathroom, and the patio. Lastly, the breakfast had healthy options included, which I appreciated.

I had a great experience at this hotel and I had no significant complaints.
