The room was spacious and had a large balcony with a nice view of the ocean. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they quickly addressed any missing items. the location was fantastic, within walking distance of the beach and plenty of dining options nearby. the bed was comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. I really enjoyed my time at Courtyard.

courtyard in santa monica exceeded my expectations. the newly updated property was clean and the staff was very friendly. the location was perfect, minutes away from the pier, shopping, and restaurants. overall, a great stay.

Internet was slow.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome during my stay. The location was also great, with easy access to the nearby attractions and public transportation. the cleanliness of the hotel, especially the pool area, was well-maintained.

There were a few downsides to my experience. The walls were incredibly thin, allowing for a lot of noise from neighboring rooms and the subway next door.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel. the bed was superb, the shower and bathroom were beautiful, and the view was good. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the Pier and right across from the metro. the shopping mall and restaurants were also within easy reach. the staff, particularly Paula, was friendly and informative. the room was spacious, with two queen beds, air-con, and a TV. the amenities like the swimming pool, hot tub, and gym were a bonus. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Great Location , the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of popular attractions and shops, making it easy to explore the area. Clean and Spacious Rooms , the rooms were well, maintained and provided ample space for relaxation. Friendly Staff , the staff at the front desk were always helpful and made me feel welcome during my stay.

Limited Breakfast Options , the hotel only had a small cafe with pastries for breakfast, which may not be suitable for those looking for a cooked meal. Lack of Information , There was a lack of written information about the hotel and the surrounding area, such as brochures or guides.

Our stay at Courtyard was wonderful! The front-desk team was amazing, providing early check-in and great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We felt safe and secure with the keycard access to the elevators. The room was spacious and clean with nice lighting. The valet parking was easy and responsive. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

I loved my stay at this Santa Monica hotel! The value for money was excellent, with a spacious and modern room that had everything I needed. The location couldn't have been better, with the pier, shopping mall, and great restaurants just a short walk away. The staff, especially Paula and Joyce, were so friendly and made me feel really welcome.

The breakfast menu could have had more variety to choose from.

We recently stayed at the Courtyard hotel in Santa Monica and had a fantastic experience. the staff was extremely friendly and professional, especially the front receptionist who provided an early check-in for us. She went above and beyond in helping us find great places to eat within walking distance. the room itself was spacious and well-lit, and the hotel's location opposite the light rail station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the rest of Los Angeles. We also enjoyed the pleasant rooms and the quick service of the valet parking.
