The location is superb, just a minute walk from the MTR station. the staff is professional and considerate, from front desk to cleaning personnel. the room, though basic, was clean and had a comfortable bed. the proximity to restaurants and shopping streets is a big plus. the housekeeping was impeccable, and the amenities provided were pleasant.

The slippers provided were too flimsy and wore out quickly, not holding up to regular wear.

Additionally, the housekeeper kindly lent me a vacuum cleaner when I needed to tidy up the room, showing thoughtfulness and attentiveness to guests' needs.

The hotel service did not meet expectations considering the price paid. There was a lack of assistance with luggage, and the confusion with the separate lifts caused inconvenience.

Had an awesome time staying here! the location was super convenient, close to the subway station and bus stops, making it easy to explore. Loved the fast check-in process and being able to leave our luggage with the reception. the room was spacious with great water pressure in the shower. the buffet breakfast was tasty, especially the pancakes from the cool pancake machine. Plus, we got an extra bed set up for us, which was a nice touch!

The noise from outside was a bit too loud in the room. the staff's customer service could use improvement.
