The breakfast offerings at the Bistro are tasty and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff exceeded every expectation, from the valet and front desk to the sweet ladies cleaning our room. The beds were super comfy, and the room was surprisingly quiet despite being located near busy downtown streets. The hotel's location right next to the convention center made it convenient for us to come and go during breaks. The onsite bistro served good food, and the carrot cake was excellent. Plus, they had Starbucks lattes available, and even a unique latte machine during off hours. a great experience for young holiday goers.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right across the street from the convention center and close to lovely restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view. The staff was excellent, helping us secure a cab to the airport when our Uber didn't show up. The free wifi was a bonus.

This hotel was a great find! First of all, the value for money was fantastic. It was such a relief to find a reasonably priced hotel that still offered quality accommodations. The attention to detail was apparent throughout our stay, from the clean and well-appointed rooms to the friendly and attentive staff. The basic amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the spaciousness of the rooms made us feel right at home. Additionally, the location couldn't be beat. It was walking distance to my son's condo, which was a huge plus for us. Plus, it was away from the hustle and bustle of Seattle, which allowed us to avoid the high prices and congestion. The hotel was also conveniently close to the Tacoma Dome, making it an easy Uber ride for us. And, as art enthusiasts, we loved being able to walk to the Tacoma Art Museum nearby. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

We recently had a wonderful romantic escape to a hotel located across the street from a convention center. the staff was top-notch, attentive and very friendly. We were even surprised to find two complementary offerings waiting in our room! the hotel was perfectly situated near various restaurants and we enjoyed being near to the light rail station. We also loved the hot tub, which was a great way to relax after a busy day.

Located right on the light rail link that takes guests directly to the event location at the Dome. The hotel is also close to several restaurants. Despite being located in an unsecure convention center under construction, the rooms are clean and comfortable with exceptional handicapped accommodations. They have an onsite bistro that serves delicious food, and they also have a latte machine that is available 24/7.

There was an error on the bill that needed correcting.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day. The room itself was spacious, with a pleasant setting, ample lighting, and comfortable furniture. It felt like a luxurious retreat without the hefty price tag.
