Great value for a clean, comfy room in the urban area. Loved the diverse food options nearby and the proximity to Gracie Mansion and Carl Schurz Park with amazing views. The staff was friendly and professional.

I had an exceptional stay at Courtyard. The night auditor manager, Willie Howard, went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. He resolved any issues swiftly and with a smile. His attentiveness and superb customer service made me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel.

The attached rooms were perfect for our family stay. The view was amazing, and being walking distance to the MET and Central Park was a major plus. The location off the FDR made driving easy, and affordable parking at Astor Place was a bonus. Exploring the area with a stroller was enjoyable. Would definitely consider returning.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Upper East Side, very close to a stop for the Second Avenue Subway, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are comfortable, with very comfortable beds, including a king size bed. Breakfast is included, although the coffee is just average, it is served at Starbucks next door to the subway entrance.

As a tourist, I loved the free wifi in the room and lobby, the availability of 2 computers in the lobby with free access, and the free hot drinks from the machine in the lobby until 11am each day. The location was also very convenient, being only 3 minutes away from a supermarket and very near a bus stop. The room itself was great, with a mini fridge and a helpful little freezer within it. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom, especially the shower/bath, was enjoyable. The gym and sauna being open 24/7 was a major plus. The staff, including the bellmen, were friendly and helpful, providing tips and information and even arranging taxis for us.

During my stay over Christmas, I found the beds at the hotel to be incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the staff at the hotel were also very helpful and offered us transportation options when we were leaving. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, being close to the city and offering easy access to public transportation and affordable transportation options such as Uber.

They even went out of their way to help us find street parking to save money. The room was spacious and comfortable, with complimentary water, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available all day. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the subway and close to popular mid-town attractions. The area was quiet, with plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. I will definitely choose to stay here again on future trips to this city.
