Having a mini fridge in the room was a convenient bonus. The breakfast selection surpassed my expectations with a wide variety of high-quality options. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The cozy lobby was a pleasant place to relax, and the staff even helped me figure out the public bus into the city. The hotel's location across from shopping and the bus stop was very convenient. I also appreciated the recommended taxi service, Bobby's, despite it being a bit pricey. I enjoyed my stay at The Craftsman Inn & Suites and would definitely use Bobby's again.

Recently renovated hotel with large, uniquely furnished rooms and a comfortable bed. The bathroom features a mind-blowing sliding "barn door" style shower. The mini fridge with a glass front provides a super night light. The friendly and efficient staff, particularly Denise at the front desk, ensured a smooth check-in process. The hotel's location next to a great Bar & Grille, which easily accommodated our large family group, was a jaw-dropping bonus. a super stay!

Additionally, it was nice to have a dinner restaurant on the property, even though the food was fair overall, the filet was surprisingly excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I did experience some noise disturbance from nearby rooms at times.

Luxurious Stickley furnishings in the room made me feel like I was staying in a high-end mansion. The pillowtop mattress was so comfortable that I sank into it like a marshmallow on a summer day.
