I recently stayed at Sonesta for a conference and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is newer, clean, and well-maintained. Its location is perfect, with many great restaurants within walking distance, as well as the conference center. The hotel bar offered a nice selection of high-end drinks. The rooms were amazing, the best I've experienced in a hotel. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, always attending to my requests. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

As a disabled guest, I loved the accessible facilities such as the spacious room and bathroom, walk-in shower, and secure elevators. The adjustable 55in flat screen TV and convenient USB charging ports made my stay even more enjoyable. The view of the Nationwide building and the city of Columbus was simply breathtaking.

The room was interesting and had an eclectic layout, which was a nice change from traditional chain hotels. the upscale amenities, like the Keurig coffee maker in the room, added a touch of luxury to my stay. the hotel's location was great, with several good restaurants nearby and easy access to the convention center.

My stay was marred by a few negative aspects. First, there was ongoing construction during my stay, which caused noise disturbances starting early in the morning and lasting until late in the evening.
