I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the staff was friendly and accommodating even though I arrived late. the room, despite being next to the interstate, was quiet, with a comfortable bed and a well-working AC. Parking was easy, well-lit, and accessible. the breakfast was surprisingly good, offering various choices. the atmosphere in the lobby and rooms was spacious and tastefully decorated. Both check-in and check-out experiences were pleasant, with personable front desk staff.

Wow! My weekend stay was truly fantastic! the room was massive, with high ceilings and a super comfy bed , best sleep I've had in ages. the continental breakfast was on point with Seattle's Best coffee and Teavana tea. I loved the beautiful view of the pond from the breakfast area, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating , felt right at home. Location right off the interstate was so convenient for my trip, and the property itself was gorgeous.

Just a couple of small hiccups during my stay. There was a slight lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke in some areas, which wasn't ideal.

I had a great time here, as the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for me since it was right off the highway and easy to find. I also enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with a beautiful view of the pond. The room was spacious and had everything I needed to feel comfortable, including tea and coffee facilities and ironing equipment.

It's a shame that there weren't any nice restaurants nearby for dinner, but overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends!

The location of the hotel was convenient to the freeway, which made it easy for us to get back on the road quickly. We also enjoyed staying in this area during the State Fair. Though we didn't have a chance to explore many restaurants, we found the restaurants around the hotel to be limited. The king room was spacious and included a kitchenette, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had scrambled eggs and sausage, though we wished they had bacon and more variety like Greek yogurt.

The cleanliness of the hotel could use some improvement, as evidenced by some dirt and grime in the jacuzzi suite.

There were a couple of things that I liked about my stay during Christmas. the free cookies and hot cocoa were a nice touch. It definitely made me feel cozy and warm. the hotel's location was ideal as it was very close to the main shopping area, so I didn't have to travel far for my last-minute purchases. Another thing that I enjoyed was the comfortable bedding; I must say it was really soft.

the walls were incredibly thin, and I could hear everything that was happening in the rooms beside me. the heating system was a bit noisy and kept me up at night.
