The hotel had a great location, being close to shopping centers and restaurants. It was also conveniently located near the airport. Despite the noise from the restaurant, the rooms were spacious with clean bathrooms, and the staff was efficient in changing the sheets upon request. One advantage of this hotel was the free onsite parking.

The breakfast buffet lacked variety, and the staff was not always friendly.

During my recent stay at Crowne Plaza, I was pleased with the convenient location near the freeway off/on ramps. I also appreciated that there was no extra charge for parking or using the hotel's WiFi. The spacious room provided plenty of counter space for our belongings, and the widescreen TV was a good size. The cleanliness of the bathroom was commendable, and I was happy to receive an ample amount of towels. The authentic 1980s experience was a unique touch, and the free WiFi was a bonus.

There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. The hotel's club bistro hours were not updated, causing some confusion and inconvenience.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The location was ideal, being close to the freeway and within easy reach of San Francisco and Palo Alto. There were also some great restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining options. The lobby of this place was absolutely stunning, with its beautiful design featuring palm trees, a man-made waterfall, and a river. It created a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that I loved.

I had an amazing stay at Crowne Plaza in San Mateo for one night. The staff was friendly and the room was perfect. The hotel had a great ambiance and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. The accommodations for a late check-out made my stay even more enjoyable. I am looking forward to staying here again.

The rooms were excellent, with plenty of lighting and a comfortable desk for work. the addition of a couch was a nice surprise. the staff was top-notch, calling a cab for my morning meeting and providing exceptional service. the food at the Bistro was good, even though the waitstaff was a bit inattentive.

The rooms were quite old and poorly maintained. In my first room, there were electrical problems and a strange smell.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was in a great location close to shopping centers and restaurants. The staff here were extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room service was exceptional, and the amenities in the room including a comfortable sitting area and free toiletries were a bonus. The indoor swimming pool and fitness center were also a great addition, allowing us to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the area.

We would definitely recommend this place to friends.
