We loved the modern and comfy decor, clean rooms, and super comfy beds. The restroom lighting was great for getting ready. The attached parking garage made us feel safe. The front desk staff was super helpful and accommodating. A bargain price and close to restaurants, shopping, and downtown, but away from the hustle and bustle. an amazing stay and highly recommended to others!

The hotel itself offered great value for money with reasonable prices. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing more space than my Cali apartment. I especially loved the attention to detail with several "auto rear view mirror" air fresheners hanging on the AC vents, which added a fresh aroma to the room. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast options were impressive, with a variety of choices including healthy options and the option of having eggs made to order.

Started the new year on a high note! Enjoyed two complementary perks during my stay - the breakfast was delicious, and the free Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The hotel was well-located with plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Additionally, the free parking was a major advantage that made it easy to get in and out.

The shower was a bit finicky and took a while to adjust. The noise from the bustling street outside was a bit distracting at night, but it wasn't too bad. Overall the experience was great, but improvements can be made in these areas.

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at Hyatt House. The kitchenette in our room was a great addition and allowed us to prepare meals at our convenience. The staff was always quick to help, whether it was providing fresh towels for the pool or fixing a maintenance issue. Our daughter especially loved the pool and had a great time there.

The hotel had a great location, being close to the expressway and right next to a busy highway. It was super close to North Park mall and within walking distance of good restaurants and a grocery store. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms that had a kitchenette and full-sized fridge. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was fantastic with a nice selection of hot proteins and custom omelets.

Our family, with 2 small kids, had a great stay in a spacious room at a hotel conveniently located near the freeway and many local attractions. The room had a small kitchenette, and a particular detail we appreciated was the spacious bathroom with an area to put our luggage. The breakfast was outstanding, with a nice selection of hot proteins and omelettes made to order. The staff was friendly, and there was even a laundry facility on the fourth floor.

There was some street noise, but it did not significantly impact our stay.
