Had a lovely stay! It’s right in the thick of the shops and bars. A quick stroll to the beach. The laundry facilities were a lifesaver after a day of adventures!

Oh dear, the breakfast was less of a feast and more of a snack—don't expect a Michelin star! And the heating unit was louder than my last date's rambling!

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi in rooms, laundry, and ski storage. I remember how the staff helped me print important documents on my first stay. I highly recommend it, and I’m coming back for Christmas!

Had a boss time here, la! The headboards really comfy, and the breakfast had sound coffee and fruit. Just wished the phone was sorted, as got loads of calls in the room, dead creepy that. Otherwise, a proper lovely stay!

The location is unbeatable, right across from Heavenly Village and the gondola, making it super convenient for skiing and dining.

The breakfast hours from 8am to 10am are quite late if you want to start your day early, particularly for outdoor activities.

the pillows were absolutely terrible, hard as rocks. breakfast choices are limited, a bagel woudl ve been a nice touch if it weren’t so boring! i expected some lavish treatment for my stay, but it seems like i was just another regular guest. how disappointing! could've been a good experience, but here we are.

talk about disappointment. I had to climb up and down stairs with my bags while window cleaning was happening, how lovely. And no offer of a complimentary room upgrade despite my struggles? ! breakfast at 8am is way too late, whose idea was that? I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t, really.

Parking was way too tight for comfort!!! The pool was closed, which could have been better communicated. The exterior desperately needs some fresh paint to match the updated interiors!!! The food offerings could really use some variety and better management!!!

Had an awesome trip with friends! The location is perfect for activities like snowmobiling at Zephyr Cove and easy walks to the casinos. Our room was clean and comfortable, though basic. Free breakfast was a nice touch, but it’s pretty minimal—just bagels and fruit. Overall, it’s a great spot for budget-friendly stays with all the fun stuff nearby!

One downside was that the parking lot can be a bit cramped, especially after snowfall. Just keep that in mind if you have a bigger vehicle.
