The complimentary breakfast featured a talented cook who remembered my order. The staff, including Tashawn and April, provided exceptional support during stressful moments, which made my extended stay genuinely enjoyable.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom cleanliness wasn't up to par. I found stains on the door and the shower pressure was weak.

the indoor pool is a great amenity for winter months. not warm enough though.

Mary C really saved the day after a crazy trip on I-95, upgrading us and giving us brekkie on the house! The rooms were proper clean and comfy too. Big ups to the chommies at reception for all their help!

During my stay, the indoor pool area was a delightful spot to unwind after a long day. The culinary experience at Savannah Bistro was truly memorable. I couldn't get enough of their delicious omelettes! The friendly service at check-in made me feel right at home from the get-go.

i stayed at crowne plaza recently and it really exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stay in jacksonville. the staff, especially the front desk team, were fantastic and made me feel welcomed right from check-in. amenities like the indoor pool were great too, and it was a nice touch to have excellent coffee available every morning during my exploration of local attractions.

the air conditioning in my room was not cooling properly.

Navigating to the second building was confusing due to insufficient signage, making the check-in process more frustrating than necessary.

The king room was super comfy and kept spotless, which made my night really enjoyable. I loved lounging by the indoor and outdoor pools after a long day. The only thing was, it took a while to get my food order at the restaurant, but it was worth the wait! 😊 Make sure to check out those pools!
