Clean facilities, comfortable bedding, convenient location – a solid stay for travelers.

The air conditioning in the room was wonderfully cool, providing great relief from the heat outside.

The shower door leaked significantly, causing water to pool on the bathroom floor.

The location is excellent, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The bed was quite comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day of exploring.

However, I noticed some musty odors in the room on return from outings. Additionally, the breakfast was just okay, lacking variety and freshness.

The location is fantastic, just steps from dining options and a mall! The beds were comfortable, allowing for a decent night's rest after a day of activities.

On check-in, my room wasn’t ready, forcing a wait in the hallway. Additionally, the breakfast didn’t quite satisfy—some items felt lackluster and not fresh enough.

The elevator is tricky to find, the pool was closed despite being told it was open, restroom was exceptionally small, and there were noticeable noise disturbances throughout the night!!!

the surestay plus in mesa really dropped the ball, like no one even bothered to fix the shower door leaking water onto the floor. i also expected a complimentary upgrade but was treated like any other guest instead. not to mention the musty body odor smell that greeted me upon return. could have been great but just couldn’t recommend.

so we checked in and found a bug in our room, that was a hard pass for me. on the brighter side, the beds felt super nice, and breakfast was totally worth it. the heater worked great, too.

I was looking for a place to stay overnight due to a late meeting. Upon arrival, I met a charming front desk clerk who made check-in easy. She arranged breakfast bags for my early departure. The room was clean and comfortable. I found the customer service and overall experience at this budget-friendly place to be a pleasant surprise. I appreciate a good bargain, especially when traveling alone, as I often do for my art-related excursions.

loved the breakfast variety and the cozy decor! the staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. great location near shops and restaurants made things super convenient. the pool area was relaxing and well-maintained.

liked everything except the small bathroom showers. 😊
