The location and being able to find it. It was dark when we arrived. Our cell phone was not working and we couldn't find any address numbers on the buildings. There was no lighted sign signifying the hotel and we went past it several times before locating it. Then the next morning we saw the old sign of another hotel which was also unlighted. It would really help to have an address plus a lighted sign available.

Close to everything you needed; Clean in good area; Staff were amazing. Convenient location with nearby restaurants and shopping. Clean and comfortable environment maintained by friendly staff.

We visited Big League Dreams Sports Park and Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch, which were so much fun. We also checked out the Hale Centre Theatre and Mesa Arts Center, and they were awesome cultural highlights.

We'd love it even more if the hotel had a cool rooftop hangout spot for young party-goers.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was exceptional, with fresh linens and plenty of pillows. The hotel facilities were great, including a clean refrigerator and microwave, a large flat-screen TV with lots of channels, and ample lighting throughout the room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with many good restaurants nearby and close proximity to Gateway airport. Additionally, the breakfast had a variety of selections and the breakfast attendants were attentive.

I recently stayed at the Surestay Plus Hotel in Mesa for a couple of nights. The location was fantastic, as it was situated next to a shopping center and several restaurants. The staff at the hotel were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. Despite the facility being older, it had been nicely updated and was consistently clean. The room included convenient amenities such as a microwave, bar fridge, coffee pot, hair dryer, and free wifi. I also appreciated the option for room service, and the fresh breakfast available in the lobby every morning. it was great value for the price and I will definitely return when I'm in the area.
