The bed was comfortable and the front desk staff was helpful and nice. The location was good and there was a nice workout facility. The rooms were decent but not as upscale as other Crowne Plazas.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff kept the rooms impeccably clean with all the necessary amenities. I particularly liked that the windows could be kept shut with the air conditioning on, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable sleep. Lastly, the location of this hotel was perfect. Situated in a nice big grassy area, it was ideal for dog walking, which was a big plus for me.

There were a few negatives during my stay. the room I was assigned had a lumpy and uncomfortable bed.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The staff at the front desk were quick and helpful, making the check-in process a breeze. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with nearby shopping and restaurants.

One downside was the difficulty in accessing the elevators from any entrance other than the main lobby. It was confusing and required long walks down the halls to find the correct elevator.

The room was soundproofed, allowing us to have a peaceful sleep on the super plush and comfy bed. The hotel's internet was fast and strong, perfect for streaming Netflix and surfing the web. The restaurant served delicious shrimp dishes, surprising us with the freshness and size of the shrimp. we were very satisfied with the facilities and amenities provided.

The location was ideal, as it was easy to access and close to restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was outdated, and the room was small. The blankets seemed to be made of synthetic material and did not provide adequate warmth.
