We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The restaurant upstairs was very nice with delicious food for both dinner and breakfast. The staff, especially our waiter Adrian, was friendly and attentive. We loved the fact that this hotel had an outdoor pool, which was one of the main reasons we booked here. Additionally, the facilities seemed brand new and the room was contemporary and stylish. The bathroom was exceptional, and the restaurant on the top floor offered a wonderful view of the surrounding area. The hotel's location near restaurants and highways was convenient for exploring the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous hotel. the interior was luxuriously designed with no expenses spared. the top floor with the bar and breakfast area offered a stunning view. the staff at the front desk and the breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating. the cleanliness of the facility was acceptable and there was abundant parking available. the location was also convenient for our travel plans.

The hotel room was spacious and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, and even lotion. the location was also great, with easy access to New York City via a bus stop just 10 minutes away. It was convenient and reasonably priced, making it a good option for those looking to explore the city.

There were a few downsides to my stay. One major issue was the noise from the AC, as it couldn't be turned off and was quite disturbing at night.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel! The location was great, as it was near what seemed like a major railway line. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to find a place to eat. The service was excellent, from the receptionist to the chambermaids, everyone was welcoming and made me feel safe. The hotel had a variety of amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and spa & wellness center, which were all very convenient. I also appreciated the free shuttle service provided by the hotel, which made it easy to get around. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities and a television. I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it to my family.

The room was very comfortable with a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The walk-in shower with the ceiling shower head and removable handheld shower head was awesome! The location was convenient and easy to access. The property was safe and well maintained.

We had a slight inconvenience during our stay as we requested a mini fridge, but unfortunately, there wasn't one in the room. However, the overall comfort of the room and the amazing shower made up for this small inconvenience.

The staff quickly moved us to another room when our A/C unit was noisy. Despite a few minor drawbacks, our stay at Crowne Plaza was enjoyable. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Welcome to this luxurious 4-star hotel! We found this place to be absolutely top-notch. The location is excellent as it is convenient to go in and out of New York City. The room was contemporary and stylish, with exceptional bathroom facilities. The staff here are very kind and acted like security guards for our safety. Additionally, the service was superb, with room service, dry cleaning, and bell staff/porter available. The free shuttle service was a great convenience, allowing us to explore the area without any hassle. All in all, we had a very pleasant and accommodating stay here.
