I stayed at Hyatt Place for almost two weeks after Hurricane Harvey and it was the perfect place to be during such a difficult time. The room was comfortable and larger than usual, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The location was great, with easy access to the Waterwall Park and a walking distance to the Galleria Mall. The staff, especially the desk clerks, were amazing and even made great martinis.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, being very close to all major stadiums and just a block away from the Galleria Mall. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast provided was decent, offering a good variety of options.

Located just down the street from the famous Galleria Mall, this hotel offers a great location for shopping and dining. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with huge glass showers. The 24-hour bistro serves a free hot breakfast buffet daily and guests can enjoy delicious food 24/7. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool and gym on the 2nd floor.

Limited staff made it difficult to retrieve cars during busy times.

I came to get a day away from the kids and husband and this hotel hit the spot. I had great sleep on the 12th floor with a good view. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond in helping with my wedding. Valet service was prompt and efficient. People here were helpful and friendly. The location was great, within walking distance to the Galleria Mall, office buildings, and food and beverage establishments.

The free breakfast was a great way to start our day! Plus, they offered complimentary hot beverages in the lobby all day long. The location was excellent for shopping and dining, right near the popular mall. We also loved the pool area which had a relaxing atmosphere and comfortable chairs.

Parking was a bit frustrating and expensive. We had to valet our car and wait for it each time we wanted to drive somewhere.
