I chose this hotel for attending a corporate offsite because it provides a business center, making it convenient to catch up on work between meetings. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable environment for work. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day.

The one service that I missed for my work was not having a printer available in the business center to quickly print out important documents.

The Hyatt Place Houston Galleria truly impressed me with its fully equipped rooms boasting full kitchens. It made my stay incredibly convenient as I could prepare my meals and feel right at home with all my bags. the provision of shampoo and conditioner in the room was a thoughtful touch that added to the value of the stay.

The only minor negative aspect I encountered was the discrepancy in payment options.

I stayed at Hyatt Place for almost two weeks after Hurricane Harvey and it was the perfect place to be during such a difficult time. The room was comfortable and larger than usual, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The location was great, with easy access to the Waterwall Park and a walking distance to the Galleria Mall. The staff, especially the desk clerks, were amazing and even made great martinis.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, being very close to all major stadiums and just a block away from the Galleria Mall. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. Located just down the street from the famous Galleria Mall, this hotel offers a great location for shopping and dining. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with huge glass showers. The 24-hour bistro serves a free hot breakfast buffet daily and guests can enjoy delicious food 24/7. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool and gym on the 2nd floor.

Limited staff made it difficult to retrieve cars during busy times.

I came to get a day away from the kids and husband and this hotel hit the spot. I had great sleep on the 12th floor with a good view. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond in helping with my wedding. Valet service was prompt and efficient. People here were helpful and friendly. The location was great, within walking distance to the Galleria Mall, office buildings, and food and beverage establishments.

They always had smiles on their faces and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I felt at ease knowing that my car was parked in a secure area. the hot breakfast served in the morning was a delightful bonus, making our mornings even more enjoyable.

The free breakfast was a great way to start our day! Plus, they offered complimentary hot beverages in the lobby all day long. the location was excellent for shopping and dining, right near the popular mall. We also loved the pool area which had a relaxing atmosphere and comfortable chairs.

We had to valet our car and wait for it each time we wanted to drive somewhere. the traffic in the area was also very congested, which made it challenging to get around.
