The temperature control in the rooms was excellent, and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cold. The check-out time at noon was much appreciated. we had a great experience during our stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The king bed was super comfortable and the room had all the basic amenities we needed, including a convenient fridge! We were really impressed with the easy access hot water for tea available 24/7, and the breakfast included in the tariff had many items to choose from. The location under a mile from the airport and on the interstate highway was perfect for us, and the shuttle service to-and-from GTF airport was very efficient.

The temperature control in the rooms is great and they offer a guest laundry which was really convenient. Lastly, the staff is friendly and always willing to help.

My recent stay at Crystal Inn in Great Falls was fantastic! I was in town for a soccer tournament and stayed for three nights. Sue at the front desk was incredibly helpful and gave great recommendations on things to do. She even suggested staying on the top floor, which was really quiet. The room was spacious and spotless, with super comfortable beds. I also loved the delicious breakfast spread and the reliable wifi. Despite not being able to use the pool due to the hotel being sold out, I had a great experience at Crystal Inn and will definitely be back!

The two complementary facts offered were nice, but we didn't enjoy our stay here. the location was good, although a bit out of the way, and we were able to easily get to the nearby shops.

We had a terrible experience during our new year at this hotel. the room seemed to have not been cleaned properly, and it was incredibly stuffy inside.
