The room was clean and well-designed with a nice view. The pool was beautiful and the location was convenient for accessing Mill Ave and Marquee theatre. Easy to get around without needing a cab. So glad we had a great stay.

The hotel offers a self-serve European-style buffet which had a great variety of delicious options, including meats, cheeses, yogurt, fresh fruit, and breads. the staff at the hotel were exceptionally nice and professional, providing great customer service. the location of the hotel was convenient, especially for those who need easy access to the airport.

The bathroom fan in the room could not be shut off, which was annoying and affected the overall comfort of the stay. Since the hotel was directly in the flight path for takeoff and landing, there was noise from planes starting at around 5 a.m., which could be disruptive for guests seeking a quiet stay.

The rooftop pool was a great amenity, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. the lobby grab and go had a nice selection of local snacks and the bar area was a welcoming spot to unwind.

One aspect we didn't appreciate was the inconvenience of the parking situation. Having to park in a garage located a block away and needing a ticket to exit was not very convenient.

The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, including the glass carafes available at the water filler station for the room. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
