We had such a wonderful stay at Kimpton! The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom area was nice with plenty of hot water. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the road that leads to the beach, making it easy to access both the beach and town. We also enjoyed the fact that there was a supermarket within walking distance. The pool area was lovely, and the water was refreshing without being too cold. The overall design of the hotel was beautiful, and the breakfast offered was delicious. The organic products in the room smelled amazing, and the air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable.

The hotel staff is very attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, with separate cubicles for the shower, toilet, and sink in the bathroom. Guests have access to beach towels and can visit the nearby Playa Pescadores Beach, which offers good service and cleanliness. The hotel is easily accessible by taxi and has helpful receptionists who can call for taxis. The hotel also offers free water and has a link to beach clubs for a beach day experience.

The restaurant can be pricey compared to other places in the area.

kimpton aluna exceeded our expectations. the atmosphere was fabulous, rooms chic and calming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. breakfast and dinner were great, and the car service outstanding. we loved our stay and will definitely recommend it.

We were pleasantly surprised by the modern and stylish decor, as well as the comfortable beds and well-equipped rooms. The hotel had a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The valet service was exceptional and the staff always had a smile on their faces. We also appreciated the complimentary bottles of water provided. we had a great experience at Kimpton Aluna Resort Tulum.

The food at the restaurant on site was delicious with several options. The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful pool. The staff was very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.

We had a lovely weekend stay with some good complementary snacks and drinks, the location was perfect for accessing the beach and local attractions which were just a short walk away. We especially enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms which had great views of the surrounding area.

There were no beach umbrellas available, which made it difficult to find a comfortable spot to relax in the sun.
