Shower dirty, cleaned it myself. Room smelled of mold, sprayed Lysol. Kudos to Christy at reception, called me by name. Staff pleasant, room comfortable. Loved the shower. Big TV. Had to change rooms three times, won't return.

During my stay at Cypress Bayou Casino, I was impressed by the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The hotel decor was tasteful and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Convenient food options and entertainment choices added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The large fridge in the room was a nice touch, especially considering the generous portions served in the restaurants. Additionally, the reasonable prices and free wifi were added bonuses.

The housekeeping service was subpar, with rooms not being properly cleaned during my stay. The beds were not made, towels were not removed, and the carpet had noticeable stains.

Our stay at Cypress Bayou Casino was amazing. The discounted price for the MMA fight sold me. Despite the challenges we faced, we loved the clean room, delicious Mabel's kitchen food, and the accommodating front desk staff. I recommend this hotel.

I loved the friendly staff and the amazing atmosphere at the hotel. The king room we stayed in was very comfortable and nice, with a spacious shower. The food at Mr Lester’s steakhouse and Mabel’s kitchen was absolutely amazing. I had a great time and a good rest during my stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cypress Bayou. The hotel's connection to the casino was a great perk, and we were pleased to find that it was non-smoking. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Our king room was exceptionally comfortable, and the spacious shower was a nice touch. We also had amazing dining experiences at both Mr. Lester's Steak House and Mabel's Kitchen for breakfast. we had a great time and a restful stay.

We loved being able to easily walk over for a drink or to enjoy the non-stop entertainment. The service was top-notch, with housekeeping taking great care of our room and providing all the amenities we needed. We appreciated having heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area in our room. The free wi-fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The hotel also had lovely garden furniture where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. the staff was friendly and attentive, making our experience here truly memorable.
