The king room with a sofa bed was spacious and very clean. I enjoyed the hot water during my stay. Breakfast included a nice variety, though I would prefer more vegetables. The gym was not busy, which made it easy to get my workout in. Overall, it was very enjoyable.

Unboxing my experience

Upon arrival, I encountered significant room availability issues. Despite prior stays, this time the suite was disappointing, dirty, and unkempt. Housekeeping was lacking, as our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. The breakfast options were underwhelming and inconsistent. It's clear that improvements are needed to restore the quality I previously enjoyed.

Great location near a lovely outdoor mall! The room was comfy and clean, perfect for my pup. Had a peaceful weekend without any loud noises after 10. Would come back for sure!

But honestly, 2 towels for three days? That's a bit like asking a thirsty diva to sip from a thimble! And some staff could use a crash course in customer service, darling.

First impressions matter, so a clean entrance and elevator are crucial!!! It wouldn't hurt to fix the broken tiles and improve IT systems for smoother reservations. Little maintenance like faucet handles could also use a touch!!!

super convenient location! there’s lots of shopping and dining nearby, which is perfect for those who love to explore. my room was clean and comfy, and the hot showers were definatly an amazin way to start the day. breakfast was pretty solid with options like eggs and bacon. the staff was really friendly, made me feel welcome!

The coffee really needed some work. it was kinda watery and not great. also, breakfast seemed to run out of silverware and towels a bit too often.
