The staff at the hotel were super friendly and made checking in a breeze. the room was just the right size for our trip, and the shower was simply amazing! the cleanliness was top-notch, and we loved waking up to a delicious breakfast every morning.

The noisy A/C was a bit of a downside during our stay. Moreover, having to pay for parking felt unnecessary, especially when free street parking was available right outside.

Always return for great service and comfort. Staff recommended fantastic dining spots on my first visit. Everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, fitness center, indoor pool, no smoking. Returning for Christmas. Love this place!

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement with more hot options.

Staybridge Suites offered a nice and plentiful breakfast every day. the suite had a clean kitchen area, large TVs, and reliable WIFI. the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. the beds were comfortable, and the shower had quick hot water. Underground parking was convenient, and the lobby waiting area was beautiful.

Our stay at Staybridge Suites was for five nights, and it exceeded our expectations. the staff was exceptionally attentive, accommodating our unexpected flight delay by allowing us to utilize all facilities. the buffet breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the comfortable rooms with kitchenettes were a perfect fit for us. Maurice and Ralph, the shuttle drivers, were absolute gems, and Leah at the bar was delightful. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and its proximity to our activities was very convenient. Cons: Can just recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. the cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless floors and a tidy kitchen area. the staff provided exceptional service, from the friendly Michelle at the front desk to the helpful Trish at the lobby bar. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning. the location was convenient, close to everything we wanted to explore, including Broadway.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern hotel with excellent staff. The location is superb - close to Vanderbilt & Midtown for health services, yet quiet away from the chaos of downtown. Rooms are spacious with kitchenettes, comfortable beds, hot showers and amazing hot breakfasts. Staff were friendly & helpful, with Tim taking great care of the pool, and Kevin providing fresh towels. The underground parking is spacious and secure.

Although the hotel had great amenities, it could improve by providing daily maid service.

The hotel's breakfast was satisfactory, and the room and staff were pleasing. the location was suitable for easy access to many attractions nearby, making it convenient to explore the city. the rooms have a spacious sitting area and a well-equipped kitchen, making it easy for you to have a relaxing day in while cooking your dishes.

The hotel had a few downsides. They charge you for parking on their premises, which can be pricey for convention-goers or people staying for more extended periods.

Great location, comfortable rooms. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. Although I had trouble with the elevator, the friendly employee helped me out. Overall I had a pleasant stay at Staybridge Suites.
