The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the bell staff/porter who helped with my luggage, to the housekeeping team who kept my room clean and tidy. I also appreciated the convenience of the on-site grocery shopping service, as well as the shops and commercial services available nearby. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with amenities like ironing facilities and a sitting area. I especially enjoyed the terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the garden furniture. The in-room safe provided added security for my belongings. the quality of the room and the level of comfort provided exceeded my expectations.

The walk-in shower was also a nice touch. The hotel is located in a nice area, and the receptionist provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We particularly enjoyed walking over the bridge to Flanagans.

The breakfast offered was a bit disappointing, as it only consisted of cereals, tea/coffee, bagels, and some fruit. It did not compare to a typical European continental breakfast.
