I recently had the pleasure of staying at an exceptional hotel in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the attentive and professional staff. Every request I had was handled with a positive attitude and efficiency. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent and the staff was very attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

I recently stayed at Marriott in Westlake for the Wounded Warrior Event and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained. I loved the outdoor pool and the workout center, which were great amenities to have. The dining area was also very nice, and the covered garage parking was convenient and ensured the safety of my vehicle.

Considering the positives, I can confidently recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Dallas, Texas. The location was convenient, close to shopping areas and right off the highway. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast provided was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The view from the hotel was also impressive. a wonderful experience.

The noise from the nearby construction was quite bothersome at times.

The housekeeping service was unreliable, as they failed to show up on the days we requested for cleaning. In addition, the noise from the slamming outside door in the morning was very bothersome.

Loved our romantic getaway at this hotel! The staff was amazing, especially Nadja at the bar who made our evenings extra special. The concierge lounge was a wonderful perk for Bonvoy members, and having the hot tub all to ourselves was a dream come true. Despite the construction nearby, we didn't experience any noise or inconvenience. The hotel's location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and a short drive to Grapevine for a charming day trip.

There were a couple of downsides that surprised us during our stay. Housekeeping seemed to miss our room on the days we requested service, which was strange considering they called to check on us.
