Loved this hotel! Stayed for a weekend getaway and was pleasantly surprised. Warmly greeted upon arrival and given a room upgrade to the 7th floor with a beautiful lake view. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The beds were incredibly comfortable and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. The location was perfect!

During my Christmas stay, the hotel had a beautiful water view which was a key location factor for me. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the 12pm check out time was a great advantage, giving me plenty of time to relax before departing.

There were several aspects of my stay that I didn't like. the shower head in the bathroom constantly dripped water onto the metal drain cover, causing a distracting noise, especially at night.
