I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Chicago! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering early check-in and a room upgrade. The location was ideal for exploring the city, and the spacious, quiet room made for a relaxing stay. The only downside was the pricey valet parking and early housekeeping hours.

As a frequent traveler passing through Chicago, I appreciated the convenience of Eurostars Magnificent Mile's location, just a 5-minute walk from the Grand station. The industrial-chic decor and luxurious rooms with spa-inspired showers and floor-to-ceiling windows created a comfortable and stylish atmosphere during my brief stay.

The rooftop bar and lobby bar were not open during my visit, limiting the options for relaxation within the hotel. the wifi in the room was not working properly, requiring me to go down to the lobby to connect to the internet.

Feeling like a VIP as I sipped cocktails with a view of skyscrapers on the rooftop. The spa's unique treatments left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The American Eatery served up delicious fare, and Leviathan bar had drinks fit for a fantasy realm. The hotel's central location made exploring the city a breeze. With wide corridors and thoughtful touches throughout, this was a stay to remember. A perfect blend of relaxation and luxury.

Stayed recently in a hotel near 360 Chicago. LOVED the suite and amazing service! Breakfast until 1pm was a treat. the room was a bit tired, but clean. I would choose this place again. the location is better than in photos. Can't wait to go back!

Dramatic Cocktail Scene: The rooftop oasis was a refreshing escape from the urban hustle, feeling almost like stumbling into a secret garden amidst the skyscrapers. Sitting there, I could easily forget I was in the heart of the city and enjoy a magical evening under the stars.

Street Noise

stayed at one of the panoramic rooms. beautiful city views, comfortable bed, and pillows. felt cared for by the staff. walking distance to everything. fantastic restaurants nearby. key card access provided security. a memorable experience at The Magnificent!

Eurostars Magnificent Mile exceeded my expectations with stunning views and a sexy room. Even the door attendants were amazing. Can't wait to return!

The location of this hotel was great! We were able to walk to many sites in the city without any hassle. the staff was amazing - very professional and friendly, making our stay terrific. the room and bathroom were spacious and clean, which was a big plus. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the hotel had good isolation from street noise, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. We loved the outdoor restaurant downstairs, even though we didn't eat there, it was nice to have as an option.

One thing that could be improved is having better control over the lights in the room. It would be more convenient if there was a single switch close to the bed for all the lights.

The views were fantastic from the 11th floor with a double aspect room, City view. I was mesmerized by the stunning skyline and enjoyed sipping my morning coffee while taking in the bustling city below. The thoughtful touch of the free morning newspaper delivery made me feel right at home, keeping me updated on local news and events throughout my stay.

Hot water is not always available

The view from the high floor was absolutely stunning, and the peace and convenience of the hotel's layout was a big plus. The service staff were top-notch and super friendly, particularly the housekeeping team – huge kudos to them! Enjoyed the gym and sauna - great spots for a bit of relaxation! But, was surprised there wasn't a single USB port in the room, which was a bit of a bummer. 😊

The rooftop decoration is so lush and colorful, it's like a botanical garden in the sky! And the spa, oh, the spa! With its salt sauna and steam shower, it's the perfect place to unwind.

I just love it when hotels forget to put ceilings in the rooms, it's such a trendy industrial look. So chic!

Traveled with family and booked three rooms at the Dana Hotel. They accommodated us by putting us all together on the same floor, which we appreciated. The floor-to-ceiling windows in our rooms were a big plus, especially for the one with a balcony. The decor was stylish, and the shower was fantastic. We also enjoyed the Keurig in the room, the nice robes, and the abundance of soft fluffy towels. The in-room stereo was a great touch, even though ours didn't work. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions.

Smooth Check-in Experience & Perfect Location

Despite a minor issue with the AC being a bit loud, the friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, and proximity to nearby attractions made my stay truly enjoyable. Perhaps improving the noise level of the AC would elevate the overall experience even more.

Another great aspect was the fantastic food at the hotel's restaurant.

The room was quite cramped and didn't have enough space for our luggage. Additionally, the noise from the city, including sirens, made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
