We appreciated the hotel's close proximity to Great Sand Dunes National Park, making it perfect for our hiking trip. The clean rooms had comfy beds and excellent water pressure in the shower, which added to our overall comfort during our stay.

The breakfast options were limited, especially for those with dietary restrictions.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. I felt misled by the pre-check-in process. despite submitting my information through the provided link, the front desk still required all the same details again. Additionally, the breakfast options were severely lacking, primarily catering to meat eaters, without any consideration for those of us who don’t consume meat. Lastly, the checkout process was frustrating, as I had paid for an extra hour only to be disturbed by housekeeping multiple times. This lack of communication left me quite irritated during an already stressful situation.

The updated bathroom featured a new and clean shower, which made for a pleasant experience after long days of exploring.

The breakfast was quite limited with only packaged items like muffins and cereal, lacking fresh options for a more hearty meal.

Rooms are clean and well-appointed, comfy beds with ample pillows. Staff gave us a warm welcome and were super friendly. Plus, there's great parking for our vehicle. 👍 Plenty of hot coffee available too! ☕

The stay was fun for my family, especially after a long drive to explore Great Sand Dunes. The friendly staff warmed up our room, which was a nice touch on a cold day, and we loved the clean environment during our stay with teens.

My kids wished for a pool to unwind more easily.
