I got great value for my money at the Holiday Inn Express. The room was modern and comfortable, with plenty of space for my family. The hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by great places to eat and close to a mall. The staff, especially Sebastian at the front desk, provided excellent service and exceeded our expectations.

The morning meal could have had more options, like pancakes or French toast.

The female staff at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us after we missed our flight. She spoke perfect English and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient, with restaurants and stores within walking distance, and a large shopping mall nearby. Additionally, the hotel provided off-street loading and unloading, which was convenient for our Uber rides.

The location in the main avenue of the whole city was perfect for us, as we had easy access to transportation, with taxi's right in front of the building. Additionally, the hotel was very close to the mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining. We felt safe and secure in the nice neighborhood, which was located in the business district. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful and friendly, speaking both English and Spanish.

It's conveniently situated in a semi-empty mall in the Medellin Golden Mile area, with easy access to restaurants, malls, and a grocery store. Plus, being on a main avenue made getting around a breeze.

We recently stayed at this fabulous hotel and were extremely impressed with our experience. the location within a small shopping mall was fantastic, as it offered plenty of dining options right at our doorstep. We felt safe and secure, even when venturing out at night, thanks to the presence of security staff. The staff at this venue were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing useful advice on things to see and do in the area. Their welcoming and attentive service truly made us feel valued.
