This place exceeded my expectations! The staff was friendly and truly helpful, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all necessary amenities, including a microwave and mini-fridge. Also, the hot breakfast was flavorful, offering plenty of choices. Plus, the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxation after a long day.

the location is super convenient for visiting nearby attractions, and the breakfast was decent, lots of seating available. the pool area was fun for the kids, and the rooms were pretty spacious which was nice. comfy beds too, we all slept well! also, the check-in process was quick and the staff at the front desk were friendly.

however, the carpets looked kinda dirty once we walked on them and the ac in our room didn't work right, it was hot all night long. definitely not the best experience!

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I encountered issues with the room that made my stay uncomfortable. The bathtub had a noticeable crack, and I found hair in the sheets, which was unsettling. Additionally, I was surprised by the $100 incidental fee that was charged upon check-in, which took a week to get refunded. Overall, it just didn’t feel worth the cost.

the only downside was the AC could have worked better 😩. on the plus side, the location was great, the breakfast offered various options, and the bed was very spacious and comfy.

The air conditioning was inadequate and it felt uncomfortably hot throughout the night!!! The shower pressure was too intense and lacked adjustability!!! It would be beneficial to check elevator functionality more frequently!!!

Fantastic place to enjoy a swim in the pool and soak in the friendly atmosphere.

The location was great, and they had a spacious pool area for fun and relaxation. Enjoyed watching the beautiful mountain views!

The brekkie was quite a surprise—decent spread with hot options, which was a nice touch! The room had really comfy beds, perfect after a long day, and parking right by the door was super convenient for us. Plus, the views of the snowy mountains? Wow, just breathtaking!

The room was pretty comfy, definitely enjoyed the two queen beds. Basic amenities like a mini fridge and a coffee maker were nice to have. The cleanliness stood out. everything felt fresh. The parking was super easy and access to the hotel was straightforward. I had a slight issue with the TV remote late at night, but the staff was quick to help without any fuss. I wouldn't mind staying here again for sure!

However, maneuvering with a power chair in the tight quarters was a challenge, and unfortunately, one of my guests ended up with bug bites from the sofa bed. Despite a couple of issues with room comfort and accessibility, the cleanliness and responsive staff were definite positives.

the staff was friendly and very helpful. we enjoyed the included breakfast with plenty of options. housekeeping did a great job, and having laundry facilities was a major plus.
