I was pleasantly surprised by the value for the money at this hotel. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient and the staff provided excellent customer service throughout my stay.

They even carried our heavy suitcase to our room on the second floor when we were stranded in the city without transportation. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of everything we needed, including restaurants and shops. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and plenty of towels. The hotel also provided free wifi and the staff made sure we had the necessary information. The breakfast was great, with fresh and delicious options.

Upon checking in, we were welcomed by a friendly and helpful staff member named Brian. He provided us with excellent suggestions for local attractions and dining options. The location of the hotel was also excellent, close to restaurants and convenient for visiting Norman Rockwell's Museum. The room itself was comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and a clean and updated bathroom. The availability of various pillow options was a nice touch. We had a great night's sleep and felt well-rested in the morning. The complimentary breakfast options, including coffee, tea, cereal, and toast, were sufficient for our needs. we had a pleasant and accommodating stay at the hotel.

There were some minor drawbacks during our stay. The bathroom supplies could have been better stocked, and the lack of an elevator made climbing the stairs a bit inconvenient.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the fact that everything was in very good condition. The recent renovation really showed. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially appreciated the convenient location. It was within easy walking distance of the Great Barrington restaurants and shops, making it the perfect base for exploring the town. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Mahaiwe and other bars, restaurants, and shops in all directions within the Berkshires was a huge plus.

I had a fantastic stay at a motel in Great Barrington. The room was clean, comfortable, and the bed was amazing. The motel was conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street, where I found some great restaurants. The wifi was also excellent, which was important for me. I highly recommend this place.
