The Best Western Plus Windjammer Inn & Conference Center had a great location, just 2 miles from the waterfront. The outdoor pool was perfect, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas for sunbathing. The breakfast had everything you needed, from waffles to eggs and bacon. The room even had a Keurig machine for morning coffee.

Felt safe and secure, no reason to complain.

We loved the clean rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel is very pet-friendly, perfect for those wanting to be close to the beach. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The all-inclusive breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The on-site restaurant served excellent food.

The only downside was that during the check-in process, the staff revealed my room number out loud instead of keeping it confidential. As a single woman traveler, this made me feel uncomfortable for security reasons.

We loved the convenient location near the airport and downtown Burlington. The hotel's free 24-hour airport shuttle made our early morning departure a breeze. The friendly staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The indoor heated pool was the warmest we've ever experienced, and we enjoyed spending hours swimming. The value for money was great, and the hotel facilities, including the bar and restaurant, were top-notch. The grounds were well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor pool bar.

We had a great stay here! The location is perfect, right in a high traffic area but also near the lake, and close to the airport. The staff was amazing and the service was exceptional, from room service to dry cleaning and laundry. We loved the free shuttle service and the room amenities, especially the patio, hair dryer, and refrigerator.
