The street side window of my room offered stunning views of Hershey Park and the nearby middle school. It was a pleasant surprise to wake up to such a picturesque city view. The hotel's complimentary seasonal shuttle service was a thoughtful touch, making it easy to get around. The hot tub and fitness center were great for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The front desk staff could have been more considerate when addressing the issue with children under 12 in the hot tub.

Loved the central location with loads of restaurants nearby and the helpful staff who guided us to a last-minute show during a concert cancelation. The heated indoor swimming pool provided a chill vibe, but the TV reception needs a boost. The sound of the main road can be a bit intrusive, so aim for a room away from it for a quieter stay! 🏊‍♂️

The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the parking was easy and plentiful. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to eat, shop, and explore in the area. Additionally, the hotel offered a nice continental breakfast and 24-hour access to tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. the location and amenities of this hotel made my stay enjoyable and convenient.
