Perfect beach getaway

Great location right on the ocean with a nice view from our balcony on the 7th floor! The staff was super friendly, and I loved the welcome taffy. The hotel was super clean and the heated pool was amazing.

Loved basking in the sun on the white sand beach, while enjoying beachfront dining. The inclusion of natural wood cabinetry in the rooms was unexpectedly appealing. The family-friendly wood pier had surfboard tables overlooking the water.

Acid colors from a few decades ago? How nostalgic.

The short path to Surfside Pier was a delightful way to spend a relaxing day fishing, just steps away from the hotel. The locale provided a quiet and peaceful vacation spot for families for many years, offering everything from amusement parks and water parks to dining and theater, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from adding more kid-friendly meal options to the restaurant menu.

We couldn't see the ocean due to the new pier building blocking our view. Maid service is not daily and towels must be requested from the front desk.

The rooms were well-maintained and had comfortable beds with fluffy bed coverings, providing a restful sleep experience. the hotel's location was great, with many attractions within walking distance. It was also nice to find the hotel and surrounding areas clean and well-maintained.

There were a couple of negative aspects to note. Secondly, there were concerns about the safety of the designated parking area, as it lacked security cameras.

I recently found a hidden gem for my vacation. This place is located in a beautiful neighborhood in a residential area. It is directly on a beautiful beach and surrounded by many restaurant options. The staff here were wonderful, and they made sure our special requests were addressed. The pool area is great for lounging around after a long day at the beach. I also enjoyed the clean towels available, which meant I didn't have to carry my sandy ones back to my room.

Anyone looking for a luxurious hotel with excellent service should definitely consider this hotel.

I had an amazing experience at this oceanfront hotel! the property was conveniently located within walking distance of numerous restaurants and bars. the laid back and relaxed environment created the perfect atmosphere for a girls weekend. the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the free coffee available in the lobby throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be adding this hotel to my list for future vacations!

Plus, the Surfside Beach Resort was so cool, offering everything from amusement parks to dining and theater. It was the perfect spot for our fun and adventurous getaway.

The only thing I'd ask for is more lively nightlife options for young party-goers.

The beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel prioritized cleanliness with hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere and sanitized remotes and phones. I also appreciated that the hallways had floors instead of carpet, making it more sanitary. The location was perfect, right by Surfside pier and within walking distance to restaurants. this hotel was a fantastic choice.

We loved the private feeling of the beach and the fact that it was just a short drive away. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The ongoing construction next door as they rebuilt Surfside Pier, which disrupted the view and caused some noise. the balconies were quite small, limiting the outdoor space available for guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Cindy, was wonderful and very friendly. The hotel facilities, including the pool area and lounging areas, were great. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the restroom in the pool area was clean and convenient. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the beach and surrounded by nice restaurants with good food. Additionally, there were many shops and restaurants within a short driving distance, making it easy to explore the area.
