The staff is exceptional, and the location is great. The game room entertained our group of kids, and the pool was clean. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a surprise sofa sleeper. The king room became our gathering place for our extended family. The hot breakfast offered options for those with dietary restrictions, like myself. Terri, the manager, provided outstanding service and made sure everyone had what they needed. The hotel is conveniently located near local attractions and offers a great value.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, close to all the area attractions such as the Garden of the Gods Trading Post. The staff were amazing, from the housekeepers to the breakfast staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The pool and spa were clean and well-maintained, and we loved the heated swimming pool and sun loungers. The rooms were spotless and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and free toiletries. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a separate living area. the breakfast provided a good variety of hot items, like scrambled eggs and sausage, as well as waffles. the location was convenient, close to attractions like Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. Additionally, the staff were helpful and provided a band-aid when I cut my hand.

The breakfast room could get quite warm, and there was limited seating available. It would have been nice to have more tables.

This hotel is located in an area that's close to a lot of attractions. You can easily walk to the local park or the Garden of the Gods Trading Post. It's also close to everything else you want to see. The rooms are comfortable and the temperature is easily controlled. Breakfast is good with hot and cold selections. There's also a creek behind the hotel for a relaxing experience.

The pool and hot tub were not clean enough for my liking.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Manitou Springs. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the Manager who quickly resolved any issues with my room. The hotel was clean and the spacious king bed suite was perfect for a great price. I enjoyed the good breakfast selection each morning and the convenience of the indoor pool. The location was also ideal, just a short walk to a local park and only 10 minutes away from the stunning Garden of the Gods. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. the staff was accommodating, providing good customer service. the hotel's location was convenient, being situated on the main tourist route with easy access to local attractions and restaurants.

There was construction on the road in front of the hotel, causing travel delays and a muddy car. Additionally, there were some issues with pet policies, as there was a person with a three-legged dog in the breakfast area despite signs stating no pets allowed.
