I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms have been recently renovated and are well cared for, making them extremely comfortable and cozy. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, which made for an enjoyable stay. The location is quiet and convenient for getting around with Uber. this hotel offers great value for money.

All was okay, nothing to complain about.

The Palo Alto Inn exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and convenience. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the room itself was well-appointed. They even provided free snacks and water, which was a nice touch. As a disabled traveler, I appreciated the accommodation they had made for me. The staff went out of their way to ensure my needs were met, and the room had plenty of built-in chargers for my devices. Plus, with its location just off El Camino, it was very convenient for me as I had a car.

Staying at The Palo Alto Inn felt like being home. I can't find any complaints.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the amenities were updated and modern. The hotel is conveniently located close to Stanford University, making it easy to explore the campus. Additionally, it is in the center of everything in that area, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

It was all superb.

Wonderful stay!

We had a unique situation where we needed to extend our reservation due to unexpected circumstances. The owner, Mamta, went above and beyond to accommodate us and even helped move our belongings to a new room while we were at the hospital. She was incredibly kind and reassuring during a stressful time. The rooms were upgraded and clean, and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. Mamta's hospitality made us feel like we were staying with family. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The attention to detail is evident, with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The office chair in the room was a nice touch and made it easy to get work done. The room was thoughtfully planned out and updated, providing a cozy and comfortable stay. Being steps away from my car was a bonus, as it made it easy to transfer my gear quickly. Additionally, the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby for any needs.
