As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the immediate resolution of a credit card issue and the accommodating front desk staff. The welcome and exit text messages from the Inn were a pleasant surprise. The peaceful sitting area outside was a great place to unwind, and the breakfast choices were enjoyable. a positive experience.

Plus, with its location just off El Camino, it was very convenient for me as I had a car.

The owner, Mamta, went above and beyond to accommodate us and even helped move our belongings to a new room while we were at the hospital. She was incredibly kind and reassuring during a stressful time. The rooms were upgraded and clean, and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. Mamta's hospitality made us feel like we were staying with family. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying here! The location is perfect - nestled in a serene forest-like setting on a main road in a central area. The room was well-equipped with all necessary amenities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a terrace, in-room safe. The staff from management and staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their room service, housekeeping, grocery shopping service, and tours/ticket assistance.

I recently stayed at The Palo Alto Inn for a weekend getaway. The newly renovated room with 2 queen beds was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was impressive, with an amazing shower and a nice, clean floor. The hotel itself is conveniently located near Stanford University and various shops and restaurants. The patio was a great spot to dine with friends, offering a spacious and inviting atmosphere. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast items and the friendly and helpful front desk receptionist. a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
