clean room, modern decor, convenient ski resort access

The pool was closed without prior notice!!! That was the main reason for my stay!!! Additionally, I felt the lack of an elevator was surprising given the size of the hotel!!! Some basic amenities could use a refresh!!!

my stay here exceeded my expectations compared to last year in wausau. the room was super clean, and the breakfast options were varied and delicious. the staff was really accommodating and made our skiing getaway even better.

the hot tub was unavailable during my stay.

The breakfast was not only free but wonderful with lots of variety.

I had some disappointing experiences during my stay. The key card was frequently malfunctioning, making access incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the amenities didn't meet my expectations, as I had hoped to enjoy a pool during my visit. It was disheartening that I wasn’t informed about its closure beforehand.

The location is fantastic, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The customer service was disappointing. the front desk staff was unhelpful when I needed a remote control. Overall, a mixed experience.

Had myself a cozy little stay! The room was cleaner than a hound’s tooth, and that comfy bed was all I needed after a long day. Breakfast was pretty dang decent too, with good coffee that made my mornings brighter. And bless their hearts, the staff made sure I had everything I wanted. Just a real nice deal, y’all!

Opt for a room on the opposite side of the freeway for a quieter night, and check breakfast times early to avoid peak hours.

Chur, bro! Clean room and comfy but the breakfast was a bit bland, same stuff day after day, and a couple of appliances were out of order too. Sweet as location, though!

The room with two queen beds was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. However, the noise from the nearby freeway was disruptive at night. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were highlights, but some amenities could have been better, like the breakfast options. Good for families looking for a convenient location with nearby dining.

I loved the location, which was near every place we needed to go. The staff was friendly and helped manage breakfast items while checking us in too, it was an added bonus.

But some breakfast days were hit or miss and could use serious improvement.
