The staff is super nice and helpful, and the hotel’s location is spot-on for exploring around – close to all the good places to eat and chill. Rooms are spacious and cozy, and getting ice and snacks is a breeze. 🌞🏊‍♂️ Enjoyed chilling by the pool and watching some TV after a busy day out. Just a small thing, the housekeeper could've given a quick heads up before walking in on us – but it's all good, no biggie!

The Comfort Inn Williamsburg Gateway was conveniently located near the College of William and Mary and offered a free hot breakfast buffet with a variety of options. The spacious guest rooms were well-equipped with mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron/ironing board, and had a nice interior design and a super comfortable bed. the rooms in the basement level were near each other, exceptionally clean, and well-equipped.

Upon check-in, I experienced a slight issue with a cigarette smoke odor in my original room. While the hotel staff did address the issue promptly and provided me with a new room, it was a minor inconvenience during my stay.

Comfort Gateway was clean, welcoming, with good breakfast. Convenient location, just enough space.

During my transit stay at Comfort Inn Williamsburg Gateway, I found the location to be extremely convenient, as it is close to the Williamsburg International Airport. The hotel's proximity to the airport made my travel arrangements a lot smoother and more efficient. the complimentary shuttle service to Colonial Williamsburg provided an excellent opportunity for a quick exploration of the historic area during my short layover.

One minor inconvenience I encountered during my stay was the absence of an elevator in the hotel. As an older guest, the unexpected lack of an elevator made it challenging to carry my luggage to the second floor.

The pool at the hotel was quite small and there was no lifeguard on duty. I noticed that there were some ants around the pool area, possibly due to people not cleaning up after themselves.
