The service at W was absolutely top-notch. From the valet opening the door to the manager Alex, everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. The presidential suite we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with stunning views day and night. The location in Hoboken was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in this waterfront area and I was thoroughly impressed. The location was absolutely incredible, right on the waterfront in a beautiful area. The views of the city were breathtaking and made the whole experience even more memorable.

The hotel had amazing views and the staff members were friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the service provided by the young lady who checked us in. She made our experience delightful and went above and beyond to assist us. the location of the hotel was also convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the amenities provided at the hotel were enjoyable.

There were some negative aspects that detracted from the overall experience. the room seemed overpriced for the wear and tear on the furniture.

The room was comfortable and the view was good. Despite some high prices for in-room items and at the bar and restaurant, we had a great experience overall. We highly recommend this hotel. I would recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay.
