I had an amazing time at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with the facilities kept very clean throughout my stay. The location was perfect, right across the street from the beach and next to a beautiful river. I loved being able to enjoy the sunset and sunrise from the hotel's unique and attractive location. The view from the observation deck was breathtaking, with a simultaneous view of the river and the ocean. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower was also a highlight - it was the hottest shower I've ever had in a hotel! The room service was exceptional, with the staff even cleaning our room and lining up my shoes - a thoughtful touch that blew my mind. We slept like babies on the comfy bed, waking up much later than usual. The hotel has a beautiful sunset view and a charming, old Florida feel. It's perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway. The location is great, just a short distance from the pier. The staff were friendly, especially the lady who showed us to our room. The room had all the amenities we needed, including a microwave, toaster, and mini fridge/freezer, which was perfect for staying on a budget. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back.

The only minor drawbacks were that the shower was a bit small and the hotel is located on a main road, so it can be a little noisy. However, these were easily overshadowed by the overall positive experience we had.

The owner and staff were incredibly attentive and made sure all of our needs were met. The rooms were well equipped and the service was excellent. The location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful views of the river and easy access to the beach. The amenities, like the pool and rooftop deck, were fantastic and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. I cannot wait to go back and stay at this wonderful hotel again.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Cocoa Beach that was positively delightful. The location was ideal, as it was right on the lagoon and just a short walk to the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay truly memorable. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchenette. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, providing a perfect start to my day. I especially enjoyed the stunning views from the rooftop terrace while enjoying my morning coffee. The hotel also offered free access to kayaks, which allowed me to explore the beautiful surroundings.

The hotel could improve on the noise level as it seemed a bit crowded, making it difficult to fully enjoy the tranquil atmosphere.

We also appreciated the private outdoor sitting area that came with each room. the location was excellent, with a quiet beach just across the street and a river nearby. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere.

We had a negative encounter with one of the staff members upon arrival. She seemed unfriendly and scolded us for calling at what she considered an inconvenient time.

I can't say enough great things about Lost Inn Paradise. The property and bungalows are immaculate, a hidden paradise. The beds are so comfortable, plush linens for showers, and the bungalows are equipped with quality fixtures in the bathroom and kitchenette. The owners and staff are like family, making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Additionally, the property sits on the Indian River, with several docks leading to plenty of seating by the water. They even have a room with beach equipment you can use for free!

We had a fabulous view of the Banana river and the beach across the street. The location was stunning and we loved being able to borrow kayaks and paddle right off the dock. The individual villa was charming and felt safe. We also enjoyed the nearby Mexican restaurant.

Our room was a bit dark with only one small window, and it felt a little damp due to the coastal location and cooler time of year. Additionally, there were some inconveniences in the bathroom, such as the lack of towel racks, hooks, and shelves.

The room was modern, clean and comfy. Attention to detail was impressive. Great A/C and bed. Beautiful views from the dock. Hidden gem. Excellent beach access.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value! The room was fantastic - spacious, clean, and had a cool beachy vibe. The location couldn't have been better, with the beach just across the street and the beautiful Banana River right next to us. The staff were incredibly friendly and even went above and beyond to quickly fix a TV issue we had. a perfect romantic setting to relax, enjoy the pool, and watch stunning sunsets.

As for the breakfast selection, it could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

We had an amazing stay at Lost Inn Paradise! the remodeled units were incredibly comfortable, with cozy mattresses and bedding that provided a great night's sleep. the location was perfect, away from busy areas and offering a more peaceful atmosphere to relax. We loved starting our mornings by sitting outside our room, sipping coffee and enjoying the beautiful view of the water. the sunset view by the water was also breathtaking.

The courtyard and pool area really need some shading or umbrellas. It was hard to enjoy the pool and relax in the courtyard because there was no protection from the sun.

The hotel had a perfect location right by the beach, with beautiful views and plenty of activities to do like kayaking. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service, even replacing a faulty TV within minutes. the romantic setting was perfect for watching sunsets and the pool was a great place to relax.

It had been recently updated and the bed and linens were of good quality and very comfortable. The amenities provided were above and beyond what we expected. The hotel owners were helpful and courteous at check-in. The location of the hotel was perfect, with excellent views of both the intercoastal waterway and the beach. We loved the free access to a storage room full of beach equipment. The hotel had a very private and quiet atmosphere, and the small number of units made it feel like a cozy and relaxed environment. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
