Excellent service from parking to front desk to cleaning staff. Beautifully done room with rose petals and message upon request. Great breakfast with included cappuccino. Comfortable and clean room. Relaxing pool with ocean view.

The pool area is open until late at night, allowing uninterrupted relaxation and phone calls under a beautiful illuminated sky. I recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

For the value we paid, our stay at Sheraton was exceptional. The room was clean and the view of the sunset was magnificent. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was if there were more vegetarian options available.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the historic district and the ocean side. It is also conveniently close to the city center and big shopping malls. The rooms are renovated and comfortable, with double king size beds that provide a great night's sleep. The facilities are spotless clean and the free parking with security is a bonus.

Some minor inconveniences include occasional noise from the nearby casino and issues with the ice machine on one of the floors.

The hotel facilities, such as the pool, gym, sauna, and restaurant. The location in a great area of the city, near the ocean and within walking distance of the Old City, was perfect. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that it was good on health issues. The breakfast at the lobby level was perfect as well.

The Sheraton in Santo Domingo offers excellent service with a friendly and helpful staff. The club lounge has great amenities, including happy hours and a light dinner. The pool area is clean and offers a beautiful ocean view. The rooms also provide a nice ocean view for guests to enjoy.

The hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool and gym, were top-notch. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Carlin at the front desk who made check-in a breeze. The breakfast in the club room, served by Graciela, Felix, Sarah, Argenis, Ramon. This hotel is in a great location, close to downtown and the Old City, with plenty of local restaurants nearby that serve excellent food.

The fitness center had everything I needed to stay on track with my workout routine during my romantic escape. They had a wide variety of equipment, including dumbbells, weight training machines, and cardio machines. The view of the pool from the fitness center was an added bonus, providing a pleasant atmosphere while exercising. Additionally, the spa services were top-notch. I received a massage from Teresa and it was absolutely amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and didn't rush the treatment. The price was reasonable, making it even better.

There were no negative aspects during my stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service.

Had an amazing time in Santo Domingo! the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of options including traditional Dominican dishes and American favorites. the service from Argenys at the Sheraton club was exceptional, ensuring that we had everything we needed and engaging us in pleasant conversation. the location of the hotel was also convenient, allowing us to easily explore the city's colonial area and visit the Tres Ojos park. Plus, the free wifi in public areas was a great bonus.
