space felt cozy and inviting. Free parking was a nice perk, but some areas could use a bit more cleanliness. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. We appreciated being close to the main street's attractions, which added to our overall experience.

the Moffat Inn was an absoluteley disappointing experience. my room was dark and stuffy, and I expected better amenities like functional air conditioning. I also couldn't believe they didn't even offer a welcome gift for my stay. I almost thought about giving a good review, but then I remembered the disgusting state of the hotel. I just couldn’t.

Despite the appealing exterior, our room had several maintenance issues including a sink that drained slowly and a light fixture that wouldn’t turn on, leaving parts of the room dim.

Request a room on the first floor with a fireplace to avoid humidity and enjoy a cozy stay if you have concerns about room dampness.

Location was spot on for our adventures. Loved the clean and comfy room with a lekker tub after all the exploring. The staff were friendly, helping us feel right at home! Free parking was a major win too!

Only downside was some cobwebs around the windows — could do with a bit of a clean-up outside.

i recently visited niagara-on-the-lake for a group stay and found the inn to exceed my expectations. the staff were very helpful, assisting us with early check-in and local dining suggestions. our room was cozy, well-decorated, and close to all the attractions, really enhancing our experience.

The outdoor patio outside our room could use a serious clean-up!!! The tables were marred by tree sap and bird droppings!!! Plus, not having an elevator is an inconvenience

Clean room with good amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a mini fridge. Loved the private bathroom with towels and hairdryer included. Location is a quick walk to downtown with shops and restaurants. The spa facilities were a nice bonus we really enjoyed!

the moffat inn is in a prime spot, just a 4-minute walk to downtown with lovely flower beds and historic buildings. the comfort of our room was great, and the staff were super attentive. masaki sushi on-site was an unexpected gem, and we loved using the pools at nearby hotels.

only downside was that the parking could get a bit crowded at peak times.

The room was clean, well-kept, and nicely decorated. The fireplace was a lovely touch for the chilly weekend, but I wish the carpets were replaced. I'd go back!
